CIVIL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 
 
VISION
 
            The Civil Engineering Department aspires to become the center of excellence in Civil Engineering Education in Central Philippines.
 
 
MISSION
 
The Civil Engineering Department is committed to provide quality education that will produce engineers, technicians, supervisor consultants and other professionals in engineering, to develop entrepreneurial competencies that will lead to self-employment, and to undertake research and extension to further knowledge and technology transfer.
 
 
 
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CIVIL ENGINEERING
 
  1. Produce engineers, contractors, builders, teachers, technicians, supervisors and consultant and high level professionals in engineering and other services/ fields.
  2. Provide knowledge in computer-based design for engineering applications.
  3. Provide industrial/ technological knowledge and information which will enable the individual to analyze job problems, to determine appropriate solutions, and to perform problem solving task.
  4. Develop entrepreneurial competencies that will lead to self-employment.
  5. Undertake research and extension to further knowledge and technology transfer.

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 
 
VISION
 
The Mechanical Engineering Department aspires to become one of the recognized centers of excellence in Mechanical Engineering Education in the Central Philippines.
 
 
 
MISSION
 
            The Mechanical Engineering Department is committed to provide quality instructions to produce a professionals and manpower that shall provide mechanical engineering service (as defined in R.A. 8495, otherwise known as “Mechanical Engineering Act of 1998”); conduct research and feasibility studies for advancement and committee development; and establish programs to facilitate technology transfer.
 
 
 
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

 

  1. Attain a high standard of Mechanical Engineering Education through outstanding teaching, innovation curricula and research training that reflect the changing needs of the country.
  2. Recruit, develop and maintain strong academic staff base for optimum department performance.
  3. Attract highly motivated students with enthusiasm, aptitude and interest in mechanical engineering,
  4. Improved the laboratory infrastructure to facilitate research productivity and success.
  5. Pursue excellence in research and technology development.
  6. Strengthen and expand collaboration and partnership with industry and other organizations.
  7. Maximize the transfer of research-based technologies in the service areas
