GOALS OF THE COLLEGE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
            
The College of Hospitality Management aims to produce students who can:
 
  1. Demonstrate professional client relations with both staffs and external markets.
  2. Explain and apply the principles of good customer service.
  3. Identify the area of ability associated with the hospitality and tourism industry.
  4. Identify the career opportunities in the hospitality and tourism management industry and the required skills, knowledge and abilities of successful employee in the industry.
