GOALS OF THE COLLEGE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
The College of Hospitality Management aims to produce students who can:
- Demonstrate professional client relations with both staffs and external markets.
- Explain and apply the principles of good customer service.
- Identify the area of ability associated with the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Identify the career opportunities in the hospitality and tourism management industry and the required skills, knowledge and abilities of successful employee in the industry.
