Northern Iloilo State University celebrates a golden victory as Herna Mae Grace D. Longno and Dawn Angelu A. Delfinado won the Gold Medal in the Vocal Duet Category under the guidance of their coach Prof. Kaith Ann Marie N. Delfin and trainer Ms. Suzette Mitzi J. Bernardino in the at the RASUC VI Regional Culture and the Arts Festival and Conference (RCAF) 2026 at the University of Antique, February 23.
