Northern Iloilo State University extends its warmest regards to Lenie Rose Pabelonia, a BSIT Drafting student, and her coach Sir Rodel Atinon for winning second place in the pencil drawing contest during the RASUC Culture and the Arts Festival and Conference 2026 held at the University of Antique, February 21.
