The Commission on Higher Education Region Office (CHEDRO) VI commended the efforts of Northern Iloilo State University in delivering quality education and academic excellence during the 3rd CHED Regional Quality Awards held on May 29, 2024, at the Urdaneta Hall of the University of San Agustin.

 

NISU was awarded with SUCs and LUCs with 100% Certificate of Program Compliance (COPCs) for its undergraduate program offerings that commemorate its adherence to the requirements of CHED Memorandum Order No. 14 Series of 2019, which demonstrates its commitment to quality and excellence in higher education.

 

Further, the award for recognition for the provision of support to CHEDRO VI’s endeavors was also received by the institution.

Meanwhile, NISU-Ajuy Campus was also a recipient of the Model Implementer Award: HEMIS for the academic year 2023-2024.

The Quality Awards is in conjunction with CHED’s 30th anniversary and the 4th Higher Education Day that is anchored in the theme “Transformative and Resilient Philippine Higher Education.”
