Dir. John Esar David, Provincial Director of the Civil Service Commission, visits the Main Campus to formally award the Certificate of Registration for a Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between NISU and the NIPSC Employees Association Inc.

 

"The Commission requires the agency to register the Collective Negotiation Agreement because other government agencies, heads of agencies and its employees' union sometimes have misunderstandings so far in the grant of incentives stipulated in the CNA," said Director David.

 

He added that in times of these disputes, the Civil Service would come in to settle and mediate.

 

"I would like to congratulate the officers for their hardwork in the preparation of the CNA which is beneficial not only for the officers but to all the association members. On top of the CNA Incentives are the terms and conditions that the agency has to respect," he continues.

 

The CNA Registration has commenced on September 12, 2024 and will expire on September 11, 2028.
