The Northern Iloilo State University–Estancia College Red Cross Youth (NISU–Estancia CRCY) received a Bronze Citation during the 25th Blood Donors Awarding and Recognition on August 14, 2026, at the Philippine Red Cross–Iloilo Chapter.

 

Prof.Niqui Joy F. Majarucon, NISU–Estancia CRCY adviser, received the award on behalf of the council.

 

The recognition was given for the council’s contribution to the National Voluntary Blood Services Program through its conduct of a blood donation activity.

 

 

The activity was carried out in collaboration with the Supreme Student Council, Young Environmentalist Society, and Future Leaders of the Philippines, with support from university officials.

 

Professors Majarucon expressed gratitude to the university officials and partner student organizations for their support in making the Mobile Blood Donation Drive successful.

 

The Bronze Citation recognizes the council’s efforts to promote voluntary blood donation and encourage students and organizations to contribute to saving lives.
