194 graduates of NISU Concepcion encouraged to never stop learning

Fifth District Board Member Hon. Nielito “Doc Darl” C. Tupas urged 194 graduates of Northern Iloilo State University (NISU) Concepcion Campus to continue learning beyond the classroom during the Commencement Exercises held at the NISU Concepcion Gymnasium on June 11, 2026.
The graduating class consisted of 61 Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino graduates, 55 Bachelor of Science in Fisheries graduates, 53 Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates, and 25 Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics graduates.
Addressing the graduates, Tupas emphasized that graduation marks not the end of education but the beginning of a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement.

“Graduation is not the end of education—it is only the beginning. Continue asking questions, continue improving,” Tupas said.
He reminded the graduates that they are entering a world shaped by rapid technological advancement, evolving industries, and emerging opportunities, making adaptability and continuous learning essential for success.
“The most successful people are those who do not necessarily know everything—they are the ones who never stop learning,” he added.
Tupas also encouraged the graduates to use their education not only to build successful careers but also to help protect and preserve resources that future generations will depend upon.
